Once our manager has reviewed your warranty claim, he will contact you to clarify the details of transporting the device to us for inspection.

Inspection and Resolution:

Once the device is delivered, our specialists will conduct an inspection, identify the cause of the malfunction, and propose a solution.

Before You Submit a Request!

Before submitting a warranty claim, please make sure that our turbocharger was installed according to the regulations and in a workshop with the proper qualifications!

Most warranty claims are related to improper installation or use of the turbochargers. The main cause of malfunctions is usually the failure to identify the root cause of the old turbocharger's breakdown, which is almost always due to an engine issue—not the turbocharger itself. Other common causes include:

  • Foreign objects in the engine system.
  • Violation of installation rules.
  • Use of old or unsuitable oil.

How is the turbocharger sent to us?

Fill out and submit the warranty form. Our manager will contact you to arrange transportation.

Who pays for the transportation?

Shipping is always paid by the buyer, but we will reimburse the transportation costs if the warranty claim is confirmed.

How long does the warranty inspection usually take?

On average, 7–14 days. Our manager will inform you of the exact timeline after receiving the device.

What happens if the warranty claim is approved or denied?

  • If approved, we will send you an identical turbocharger or reimburse the cost.
  • If denied, you will receive a detailed report explaining the reasons.

We always strive to make the process as convenient as possible. In the event of a denial, we can offer to rebuild the turbocharger or supply a new one at a reasonable price, or return your old turbocharger in disassembled condition.
